Beautiful Villa 3 Km From Versailles Chateau

We are located in the Versailles Domaniale Forest, 10 minutes from the Chateau de Versailles. No neighbours on sight at 360°, except the horses from the 27 acre stud farm right before us, and beyond that, the forest. Nice 3000 Square meters garden, huge swimming pool, plenty of kids stuff (I have 4). 6 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. Completely remodeled in 2023. There are big TVs everywhere and a cinema room with a state of the Art installation on a 4 meters wide screen. Two big living rooms and a mezzanine office with a sofa bed. Lots of activities in the area. Village 5 min walk. One of the few villas inside the Versailles Domanial Forrest, on the historical site of the Bievre valley. Perfect for walkers or horseback riding, bicyle... Very high end. Sauna/Hammam/Jacuzzi/swimming pool... A Tesla X car can be rented with the villa. Depending on the period, there is also an 80 square meters completely independant house on the property, fully equiped with 2 queen size bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (one with jacuzzi).

Because it’s everything I’ve ever wanted in a house, or would like to find in a vacation place: it’s like a five stars hotel without the crowd. It’s located in a very protected environment, very intimate place.

What makes this property unique

The view is magical: the 140 square meters terrasse surrounds a park, behind that a horse stud farm, and behind that the Forrest. No buildings, no hassle, no noise…
