Great family stay!

This is a great location for access to local beaches and restaurants while also just off the bike path. Easy to get to other towns on the cape. And the amenities were awesome!

Great Time on the Cape

We loved the cleanliness and attention to detail at the property and by the host. We would definitely stay here again! This place had everything we needed and more! The theater room with super comfy seating and giant TV made my husband's vacation extra special!

Cape getaway

Centrally located for visiting the cape and very well maintained. This is a beautiful property and the owners have really gone above and beyond to make it an idyllic getaway. Owners were prompt in responding to questions and resolving issues. Note that there is just 1 full bath and 1 half bath, so would work best for a small family and may not be suitable for a larger group.

The great “Sunscape”

This Labor Day getaway was by far our favorite! Great location, amazing house equipped with everything you need and some! Host Yenni is easy to reach, she has been so gracious to let is check out late (with our late sleeping teens is always a plus) ! We’ll be back again next year for sure! Thank you for the great memories!

Liked being so close to bike trail. Movie room was used frequently and enjoyed. Beds comfortable. Liked unexpected massage chair too! Communication with owner very good with prompt responses. All great!

Great escape to Orleans

My family really enjoyed our stay at Yenny’s Cape Cod Sunscape. Check in was a breeze. Great air conditioning-actually had to ask how to turn it down and Yenny responded immediately. Our adult daughters as well as my husband and I loved the movie room, basketball net, beach gear and outdoor living room. Only cons were the road noise (but there’s great landscaping so it wasn’t a big issue) and you can’t walk to town (but we expected this). We would definitely love to come back again. Thanks Yenny!

We very much enjoyed Sunscape!

Great overall experience! The place was clean. Check in was simple! The movie theater was a BIG hit with the kids, and the kids loved the fact they could operate it themselves! The only drawback is that while the house is not on an very busy road, you will notice frequent traffic while sitting outside. One note I would say is we were 4 people. If your group is more than 5 people, then I would suggest another place for your group. We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks, Jenny!

Perfect vacation rental!

We had such an amazing time at this beautiful home. It was very well stocked and no detail was missed. Plenty of yard games and seating for outdoor fun and a lovely relaxing atmosphere inside as well. Not to mention, it was squeaky clean! The location was great, too! Very close to local beaches and yards away from the bike trail. We didn’t waste a bunch of time in the car once we arrived. We felt very comfortable in this property and wouldn’t hesitate to visit again!

Lovely, well-equipped property!

Wonderful location on the Cape

This home was great for our stay on Cape Cod. Comfortable in all aspects! Great outdoor area for spending family time together and the media room with large TV and reclining chairs made for relaxing evenings. Lots of amenities provided to make our stay wonderful. Owners were very accommodating and provided a lot of great recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try.
