Villa St.Vid 1 is a newly built, beautiful stone house villa located in Privlaka/central Dalmatia that can accommodate up to 6 persons. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with double bed and three en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms have an exit to their private balcony equipped with seating furniture. On the ground floor there's a living room. In addition to that, on the ground floor there's a fully equipped kitchen connected with dining room and living room from which you can enter a roofed terrace equipped with seating furniture. A private heated pool along with BBQ grill, jacuzzi, sauna and small children playground are on the guests' disposal. Entire house is equipped with cooling and heating system. Baby cot is available on request. Furthermore, 1 Pet under 10kg is allowed under a charge of 10€ per day. If you are planning a relaxing peaceful holiday in luxury Villa close to the sea - Villa St.Vid 1 is a perfect choice!
