Inside No. 1 Retreat is a stunning contemporary and newly built lodge. With the feel of a luxury beach house, with its wooden clad walls and muted colour scheme, in a fantastic large corner plot of the new Yealands development, all within the 5* Southlakeland Leisure Village, with all its amenities on site.
It is set in an idyllic location within easy reach of the Lake District and close to Carnforth and Morecambe.
This beautiful, contemporary two bedroom lodge has a fully equipped kitchen/dining area with everything you could need during your stay, with some basics included, coffee, tea, sugar, Olive Oil, salt, pepper etc. (plenty of cleaning products at hand if required) There is a washing machine, microwave, full size fridge freezer, Iron & ironing board, vacuum cleaner and fan.
There is a very comfortable king size bed in the main bedroom with fully fitted wardrobes and drawers, the second bedroom has 2 single beds (can be converted to a double on request) and wardrobe.
A travel cot and high chair can be made available on request.
The luxurious living area is fitted out to a high standard with a smart TV including Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. There is also a smart speaker for your use.
There is a beautiful new bathroom fitted with a bath and shower.
Bi folding doors and patio doors open onto extensive outdoor seating areas. The decked area has a bistro set and also a full outdoor dining area with 4 seater table with umbrella all set in its own grassed garden with parking for your car.
All bedding and towels provided.
