Kipi Village Zakynthos

Dollhouse is a wonderful choice for those who like staying outside of town,while prividing them the advantage to be in the center within 5 minutes. It's location is very close to kalamaki and argassi beach , close to the airport (without noise!) It is a two stock small house with one bedroom , two kitchens (one inside and one outside of the house), a WC and shower inside and outside of the garden . Behind the house there is a shared kitchen that the guests can use if they like to cook and eat outside(it is preferable during the summer). Furthermore , guests can enjoy the garden and the spaces around, but the garden is not fully private , because it is common for all houses around, but this doesn't mean that you don't have free space. Space is plenty and you can explore the garden , finding fruits to eat every season. Kipi Village Holiday Homes is a house complex next to Zakynthos town. It is consisted of houses intended for holiday use. They have a shared garden and are designed to provide a pleasant and quiet stay. It's privileged location consists in the fact that it is outside the city but also at the same time inside, since in less than five minutes you can be in town.

An oasis with everything you will need

Wonderful quiet, relaxed, comfortable chalet in a convenient location. Literally 5 minutes from the airport, 7 minutes from one of the beautiful local beaches and 10 minutes from the town center. Yet you could be and are in a rural location where the peace in interrupted by the distant sounds of horses, peacocks, the local cockerel and the swifts, swallows and house martins whirring overhead. One of the best holiday stays we have had. Most of all we enjoyed the friendliness of the hosts Dimitris and Ioulia. Always there to help and give advice if you needed it. Lovely friendly people. Chalet is small but perfectly sized and great value. It is perfect as a base for those who like to see the real country. Thank you for a wonderful holiday

Kleines gemütliches Haus in schöner ruhigen Lage. Wenn man die Aussendusche wetterbedingt nicht nutzen kann, ist die Dusche im Bad sehr beengt. Ansonsten alles super. Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das nächste Restaurant ist fußläufig in 8 Minuten zu erreichen und sehr hat zu empfehlen.

Entspannte Tage in der Idylle Zakynthos.

Frühstück unter einem Zitronenbaum- einfach herrlich! Nettes Anwesen. Herzliche Vermieter.Alles vorhanden, was man braucht….Stadt und nette Taverne schnell zu erreichen.

Très bon séjour !

Propriétaire très disponible et agréable. Emplacement idéal proche de la ville, très calme. Un jardin avec des orangers et des citronniers, vous pouvez vous servir et les oranges sont délicieuses ! Le tout accompagné de chatons très mignons :) Je recommande !

Best Host and super nice place

Dimitris and his family are the best hosts you can imagine, very lovely and helpful and supporting with every needs you might have, be it scooter, laundry, recommendations etc. The place is clean and comfy, mosquito nets on every window and the doors, ac, and you can use the inside and the outside kitchen. It‘s located on a small „eco farm“ where you can „harvest“ as many oranges, figs and lemons as you can eat. Place is perfectly located between airport and city centre. Definitely a recommendation!

super süß in dem Ferienhaus- absolut zu empfehlen! Besonders begeistert haben uns die Hängematten, die Outdoorküche und die Outdoordusche! Für maximal drei Personen zu empfehlen, allerdings ist es dann sehr gemütlich:) Vermieter sind super freundlich!
