Apartment with pool and parking 100m beach and shops:
The apartment of 85m2 is in the residential town of S'Agaró 100m from the beach and restaurants, 5min from Platja d'Aro and 22km from Girona Airport. It is distributed on the ground floor with a large terrace with a chill out area and a private garden, as well as having a community pool available all year round. The two bedrooms have a double bed and a bunk bed with a trundle bed. There are two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fans, winter heating, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, sheets and towels included and a private parking space. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the entrance you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and groups under 25 years are not accepted. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Lækker lejlighed med god beliggenhed

Stor lejlighed med god beliggenhed i forhold til strand, pool og indkøb. Renlighed kunne være bedre. Gulve og overflader er vasket, men dørkarme, døre, hjørner i baderummet er beskidte. Lejligheden kunne også trænge til en omgang ny maling. Lejligheden ser slidt ud.

Great location of the apartment, nearby the beach, shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed the pool (we were almost all the time alone). We also really appreciate the guidance we received from Roger and Pedro. We arrived late at night and could pick-up the keys in a deposit box. We received good and clear information about the pick-up (incl. Pictures of the deposit box). We really enjoyed our stay!
