About this property

Villa in Cogolin, near St Tropez, with private pool and great views.

Our attractive villa is well furnished, set in a securely walled garden, and has marvellous views over the town and the Maures hills beyond. Shops, large LeClerc supermarket with fuel and "Drive" Click & Collect services, restaurants and two weekly markets are a short walk away.

The spacious salon and dining area has plenty of comfortable seating, and includes satellite TV , with DVD, Hi-Fi and WiFi broadband access. There is a cloakroom and a well equipped kitchen. Upstairs the large master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. There are 3 further bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin) in the East Wing on the ground floor, all furnished in Provençal style, and a second bathroom with twin basins, and separate toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling or pedestal fans. The front terrace has an integral BBQ. The large garage has washing facilities. The garden has a good selection of mature trees and shrubs and several seating areas. The private pool is 7m x 3.5m, and has Roman steps and a jet for current swimming.

There is a good folding bed for a 9th person, and a high chair and travel cot for one baby.

Recent additions: We have added our very own boules pitch and a shaded outdoor salon to the rear.

There are two small rooms in the garage area - a shower room with toilet and a kitchenette with washing machine, clothes dryer and a second fridge for drinks.

The main TV is set up to receive UK Freesat and French digital terrestial (TNT) channels.

The property is in a quiet residential area and surrounded by a high wall and a large locked gate at entry.

Fantastic Holiday near St Tropez

Great location near St Tropez, only 10 minutes away from the beach. The house is big and clean. Fantastic outdoor spaces and good sized swimming pool. Walking distance from the town city centre and the supermarket. Check In process super easy and guest so friendly. Perfect holiday place for a family or group of friends. Loved it!

Tolles Haus mit schönem Pool. Die Bäder sind etwas veraltet, aber funktionsfähig. Leider im August sehr viele Stechmücken. Fliegengitter in den Schlafräumen, aber nicht in den restlichen Zimmern.

Très agréable séjour dans cette villa spacieuse, confortable, très bien équipée et bien située à proximité du centre de Cogolin et non loin du bord de mer. Très belle villa - Parfaitement équipée

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Villa très proche du centre. On peut faire ses courses à pied. Entièrement équipée. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Propriétaire très à l'écoute et toujours disponible et aimable. Nous recommandons cette propriété si vous souhaitez séjourner avec votre famille, ou si vous êtes plusieurs. Villa spacieuse, bien équipée et bien placée.

La maison est très bien située à quelques minutes à pieds du centre-ville de Cogolin. Elle est spacieuse et très bien équipée. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. De part sa situation géographique, il est très facile de rejoindre ST TROPEZ, PORT GRIMAUD et d'autres points touristiques. L'échange avec le propriétaire a été très facile et agréable. Merci Guy!
