As you awake and open the balcony doors you will be greeted by blue skies and a magical view looking out across the bay to St Tropez. From here it is your choice whether to relax in the private garden, take a soak in the pool, splash in the sea or stroll through the park into the centre of the village.
Built on the site of an old mansion in 2006, the tastefully furnished and extraordinarily well equipped villa has everything you could need for the perfect holiday on the French Riviera. Upstairs are two double bedrooms (one with en-suite), a twin bedroom and family bathroom. Downstairs is open plan with generous kitchen (with breakfast bar), dining and lounge areas. Also, a further shower room with WC .
WiFi is provided and there is air conditioning throughout and the quality of the accommodation along with the luxurious fittings are sure to make your stay memorable. The double bedrooms share a private sun balcony with sea view.
Outside is a covered terrace area and private garden belonging to the villa. Within the villa complex there are two secure car parking spaces. There is an outdoor pool which is shared with the other villas on the site.

Alistair and Bridget, married for 25 years, 3 (now adult) children. We live in Holmfirth, West Yorkshire. Alistair is MD of a Consultancy in Construction based in West Yorkshire.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with the location when we were looking in the area 12 years ago at the possibility of buying a property there for family holidays. We loved the village of Les Issambres, it is neither too small or too large. The whole area is very pretty with lots to see and do. The beaches are great, lots of sandy ones or rocks if you prefer. Our villa wasn't built when we first visited the area, we jumped at the chance of buying where we are as we love being so close to the sea and the fabulous views we have from our bedroom balcony. I love the fact that we can walk in to the village within 10 minutes and that the walk is on the sea front, there is a little wooded park area across the road from our villa which you walk through and from there you follow the path in to the village.
What makes this property unique
The great thing about our villa is that it is light and airy. We kept the downstairs open plan which is so much more user friendly, friends and family can sit at the kitchen bar and chat while we are cooking or doing whatever. We have got a really good sized garden, the shrubs and trees have now matured so it is very private and pretty. The swimming pool is a good size and although it is shared it never feels to be too busy.
