Villa located in Issambres, 20 mins walk from Tardieu beach with an exceptional sea view over the Gulf of Saint Tropez. The interior of the Villa is completely renovated.

The Villa is elevated from a ground floor to a garden level
The proposed 110 m2 accommodation can accommodate 10 people.
Ground floor :
Entrance hall, an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, washing machine) open to the Dining room: table for lunch, chairs.
- 1 bedroom sea view bed 160,
- 1 bedroom with 140 bed
Living room: 2 sofas in the living room, coffee table, armchairs.
Shower room and separate WC, TV, Internet.
Outside: balcony equipped with tables and chairs, BBQ.

On the garden level:
- 1 junior room with sea view: bedroom with 160 cm bed and cabin bedroom with 2 single 80 cm beds, shower room and WC, TV, Internet.
- 1 bedroom with sea view, 160 bed with shower room and wc. TV, Internet.
Outside: terrace, garden furniture, 3 X 9 swimming pool heated from May to September with beach, sunbathing.
Parking platform for 3 vehicles.
Parking in front of the Villa to also park the one way lane.

Travelers access
The accommodation is fully accessible as well as the garden and the swimming pool.
The beds are fitted with duvets, pillows, mattress covers and pillow protectors. New bedding.

Insgesamt schönes Haus mit einem spektakulärem Ausblick auf den Golf von Saint Tropez. Alles sehr sauber. Kochgeschirr ist für Selbstversorger etwas knapp. Die Zimmer sind nicht ganz so groß wie sie auf den Bildern aussehen. Dennoch sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
