Lake Como

Pros: Property is on the lake, 7/10ths of a mile from the ferry. Bellano has everything you need. Cons: Property is right on the main road! The road noise is overwhelming and not conducive to a good nights sleep. Property is advertised as accommodations for six people. The kitchen lacked adequate bowls, coffee cups etc to supply our five guests. Most disappointing was the property was dirty. The floors were covered with sand and the ceilings and walls were draped with cobwebs and bugs. Finally, we didn’t have hot water, even after resetting water heater as advised. Lake Como was awesome. I would not recommend this property.

Thank you for your review of the property. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We understand that the road noise was overwhelming and affected your sleep quality. We will take your feedback into consideration and work towards finding a solution to minimize the noise disturbance. We apologize for the lack of adequate kitchen supplies and the cleanliness issues you encountered. We will address these concerns with our housekeeping staff to ensure that this does not happen again in the future, but next time, please report the problem to the us, so we can act fast to solve and ensure a better stay. Additionally, we apologize for the hot water issue, but I must say that we reply immediately to your request, and, after that, no more feedback from your side and we supposed that everything was ok. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our services. Thank you for choosing Lake Como as your destination, and we hope you had a pleasant experience exploring the beautiful surroundings.
