Wonderful sea views

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage. The large windows gave wonderful views of the sea and let in so much light. It was very comfortable and well-equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved being so close to the beach too. We would love to return.

Idyllic Location

This beautiful modern house has the most wonderful location looking out to sea. The house is superbly designed to make the most of the sea views. The facilities are superb giving you everything you could need to meet all your self catering needs. The walks along the cost path to Cromer are a joy. Only disappointment was having to wait until 5.15pm to get access which then meant it had been rushed and a few things in the turn around clean had been missed. Having said that the customer service was the superb responding quickly offering solutions including even offering an additional hour on our exit day. It lets you relax and live like millionaires for a week in Norfolk!

Sorry, you felt the cleaning was not up to standard. We wish you would have contacted us during your stay so we would have offered for the team to return. Excellent house and location.

The house and all facilities were amazing. Wonderful view looking out to sea. Excellent location for coastal walk. Very well kept house. The only issue we had was the blinds in the bedroom were cream and let the light in, my daughter wasn't happy because the light coming in woke her up early!

Sunset at Overstrand

We have just enjoyed a week in this superb property with friends. We thought the house was beautiful - the online pictures didn’t do it justice! Loved the upside down lounge with the views over the sea. The house was well stocked, with everything matching & the appliances were of a good quality. We had good weather for the time of year, even getting two days on the beach. Anything negative -> with the bedrooms downstairs, the floor, round the kitchen area really creaked a lot. Not an issue for us but it could be if you wanted to sleep at a time when the kitchen was being used. Would we book again? - certainly!!
