Thank you for taking the time to review the Sunset Suite at Highcliffe Apartments. I'm sorry to hear that one of your party slept on the floor. We do have a pull out bed available for use. We would have happily provided this for you if you had contacted us about this on arrival. We received no communication from you during your stay to advise us of any issues. All check in instructions are sent via email before arrival at the apartment.
We encourage all our guests to contact us if they are experiencing any difficulties with the apartment, and we are happy to help resolve these to ensure your stay is comfortable.
