Wonderful House and great host

Our family loved their stay at Casa Imox. It is close to the beach and about a 10 minute walk to town along the beach. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was also extremely helpful and even coordinated our transportation to and from Cancun. If we return, I would stay again.

Casa Imox

We enjoyed a 5 star stay at Casa Imox. The space lived up to the on-line advertisement. Spacious, light-filled and well appointed. The location was great - 2 blocks to the beach and a 15 minute walk into town.Booking was easy thru VRBO. Our host, Paula, was easy to communicate with and the on-site concierge was very helpful at several points during our stay.We highly recommend!

Hot fun in the sun at Casa Imox

Beautiful house, well kept with very helpful and very pleasant house manager! Short walk to beautiful beach and beach restaurant and short walk to town. Highly recommend.

Lovely Holiday Destination

Host coordinated a lot of airport-to-door transportation, groceries and more. So easy to stay in touch and coordinate. I appreciated her efforts. This home was beautiful.

Casa Imox is incredible

We had a really wonderful time in Holbox and Casa Imox really made our trip. Clara was super responsive and helpful. The house was clean and comfy for our family. The kitchen worked great. And best of all, it was stocked with toys and games for the kids. The only small detail we didn't love was the pool, it didn't really feel usable, but we were mostly out at the beach or in town so that didn't matter.

Perfect Stay

We had a great time at Casa Imox! The house is clean, spacious, and well-stocked. Our concierge, Franco, was amazing! He planned our transportation, activities, golf cart rentals, a private chef, and even stocked the fridge for us before our arrival. He made everything easy for us. The location is not correct on this site; it is actually on the east side of town, very close to the beach, but in a quiet area. My family, friends and I enjoyed the casa and highly recommend it.

Great location, somewhat misleading description

Beautiful property in an excellent location. Three somewhat misleading issues: 1) House, as seen in booklet and instagram but not VRBO, is actually a number of units. This was not a big deal other than if one assumed there was more outdoor seating area than there is (see next point). One might have guessed this but VRBO description does not imply. 2) Living area/kitchen has no fans or A/C. It is reliant on breezes, which sounds good but in reality , at least in July is NOT adequate at all. There are large west facing glass windows and tall floors which made it like a large greenhouse especially in the afternoon but the first day even at 8 am the central living area was horrendously hot. My husband is from Puerto Rico and we are used to vacationing in Culebra Island or PR in August so we know and understand heat and houses not necessarily having central AC but this design , at least this July , absolutely concentrated the heat. There was one large industrial plug in stand alone fan that helped but was very noisy and not a comfortable living solution. The pool was a lovely escape but there was not other shaded area to sit (see above on house being divided). Basically we did not cook or sit in the living area at all until th second to last evening when breezes were strong enough to make area tolerable. 3) laundry- the employees who live onsite did laundry and they were lovely but not the same as in house. 4) first floor bathroom brutallly slippery.
