Lovely bungalow in Mevagissey - unique as is in the heart of the village but has spacious parking for 2 cars and avoids the one way system whilst being less than a 5 minute walk to the harbour. 3 bedrooms, fully furnished and equipped, child and pet friendly, private front grassed area and decent sized private back patio area. Professionally cleaned and beds made up awaiting your arrival. Friday changeover. Shorter breaks by arrangement.

Ideal looks cation for Mevagissey

Clean and spacious and well equipped. We were only 2 most of the time but was well equipped when our family visited for a couple of days, ample parking and easy walk to the village of Me vagissey.

Lovely holiday home in Mevagissey.

A lovely bungalow within a 200m walk to the centre of Mevagissey. Ideal for a family with kids. We've enjoyed a relaxing week in July and would definitely book this property again. VRBO let us down with very poor communication about checking-in, but the owner thankfully helped us out.

Why they chose this property

Comfortable bungalow perfectly situated to explore Mevagissey and surrounding area. Less than a 5 minute walk to the harbour :), Pentewan Sands is a 5 minute drive away. Perfectly located for Eden project (20mins drive), Lost Gardens of Heligan is only a 5 minute drive up the hill and around the corner. The South West Coastal footpath is accessed from the harbour with stunning clifftop views quickly available.

What makes this property unique

Plenty of driveway parking unusual in Mevagissey with space to turn car in drive so you don’t have to reverse in and out. Also avoids one way system - who wants to drive down that narrow road - in the height of summer especailly! Also has private patio area behind house and grassed area out the front which both get plenty of sun.
