About this property

Welcome to our Pool & Beach Villa situated in sea resort Byala, 30 min driving south from Varna. The property consists house and complex with modern and spacious bedrooms.
The villa is situated in a very calm and relaxing area, with incredible sea-view, right on the Black Sea coast and just 5 minutes walking from sandy beach.

Our villa has double and tripple bedrooms all with separate bath&wcs terraces and views to the sea. There are Dining place and mini bar on the first floor of the villa.

All the rooms belonging the property are air conditioned!

Wifi internet connection available.

Outside in the garden you can find:

Big private swimming pool with children part in it (approxim. 10m X 4,5m) and sunchairs
Beautiful yard with flowers and much more green calm.
Large outside veranda for relax with a coffe enjoying the beautiful sea panorama.
Nice summer BBQ area with oven, barbeque, sink and all utensils for delicious dinner.
You can have some fresh vegetables directly from the garden for just small fee.

There are park places for up to 4 cars.

Shops and restaurants are within 5-10 min walking from the property.

Note that there is staff on site, who cares about pool, garden and cleaning.

We can meet you at Airport Varna and take you to the villa with our mini bus transport !
