Villa "I" is brand new and modern 6+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom villa in Mlini area, 10 kilometers south from Dubrovnik. The stunning and big infinity pool and spectacular views over islands makes this villa perfect place for your vacation.

There might not be any better pool + view combination than the one on this property. The large floor plan inside and outside make this property feel enormus. This property feels like your own private resort.

Guest Access: The guest has access to the entire property except for the top floor. Top floor has separate enterance and it is private owner’s space used as loundry and apartment. Guests privacy is guaranteed.

The Neighborhood: The home shares a neighborhood with just a few houses.

Getting Around: Just a 3 minute walk to public transportation. Direct bus to Dubrovnik.
We are offering transfers with van or car.

During COVID-19 we increased our cleaning to include wiping down of all surfaces with very hot water in addition to professional grade disinfectant cleaners. We wash all towels and linens regardless if the my were used or not - believe it or not many hotels/rentals do not do that. We are making sure all door handles and high touchpoint areas are all being given extra attention.

Interaction with Guests: 24-7 owner services are available to assist you with any travel accommodations including restaurant reservations, chef services, fridge stocking, private transportation, car, yacht or private jet rentals, health/fitness/beauty/wellness in-house appointments, guided city tours and custom curated experiences.

Croatia is Beautiful

we had 13 family members including a 5 yr old, teenager, 20 somethings and 6 adults. everyone had a great time. the views are stunning. the infinity pool and beautiful, very refreshing and was frequently used. ample ac helps with the heat. lots of things to do/see near by. ivana is incredibly helpful and made our visit so much easier and pleasurable.

Séjour au top

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans la Villa "I" d'lvana. Nous étions 14 copines éblouies par la beauté de l'emplacement avec la piscine à débordement donnant sur une magnifique vue mer. La villa décorée avec goût nous a laissé sans voix ! À proximité, vous y trouverez un petit supermarché. ce qui ai bien utile pour le pain frais du matin ! L'accueil fait par lvana et toute la préparation en amont est irréprochable. Elle a su répondre à nos attentes et s'est rendue disponible pendant notre séjour. Nous avons également pu profiter des chauffeurs, José et Matija qui nous ont fait visiter de très beaux endroits et qui sans eux notre voyage n'aurait pas été aussi plaisant! La Croatie est magnifique et nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Encore Merci Ivana.

Stunning Villa

An elegant and modern villa, tastefully decorated throughout. The infinity pool with a view over the sea was visible from all aspects. Possibly one the best views for a holiday destination. Highly recommend the villa taxi services. Reliable and well priced. We did not need a car. Easy reach of Dubrovnik and Cavtat.

Deze exclusieve villa van Ivana & Josip is werkelijk fantastisch. Het uitzicht vanuit de infinity pool is echt een “ milion dollar view”. Er ontbreekt werkelijk niets in deze villa. De gastvrouw Ivana is echt top! Alle wensen/verzoeken worden door haar vervuld. Wij hebben een top vakantie gehad. Nogmaals special thanks to Ivana & Josip! TOP
