Middle floor si coneccted to top floor and have one bedroom/ bathroom- big living room and dining room for 12 Villa Kate . Bottom floor is 2 bedroom apartment /one bathroom/living and dining room and kitchen. Also on side of ground floor is studio with small kitchen and dining room and bathroom. Every paart of villa is having terrace and balcony and on ground floor is outside big table for 14 people.Villa is fully furnished with A/C and heating throughout the entire house, big swimming pool, outdoor kitchen with barbecue area, hammock, Satelite TV , free fast Wi-Fi (bring your laptop or smartphone), and all the comforts you need to make this your home away from home.
