This lovely holiday rental apartment on the beach will enchant you. It is completely renovated and decorated with Mediterranean touches, creating that summery atmosphere we love so much on holiday. Furthermore, it has sea views from all rooms.



Located opposite Cala Font and its sister cove Cala Vinya. Two small and charming coves surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and clean, crystal-clear waters. In the surrounding area you will find all kinds of services: beach bars and restaurants, supermarkets and shops, taxi and bus stops…

Large living room with fully equipped open-plan kitchen with kitchenware and dishwasher. Air conditioning. Balcony accessible from all rooms. Master bedroom with double bed. Second bedroom with four beds featuring 2 bunk beds. Full bathroom with shower and bathtub.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- AIR CONDITIONING IN THE LIVING ROOM ONLY

- Perfect for families.

- Group bookings are not accepted.

- WIFI included during your stay.

- Parking is communal and free. A space cannot be guaranteed.

- Stunning sea views!

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant details required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

- As this is a tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or certain wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or marks on walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. The guest accepts this circumstance as inherent to the nature and use of the rented accommodation.

The location is awesome, however, you have to pick up the keys from a different location. We were not too happy with cleaniness of the property, but the location made up for everything.
