Luxury Seafront Villa Panoramamer - Les Issambres, Côte d'Azur

Stunning beach villa with air-conditioned bedrooms, heated pool, jacuzzi, outdoor bar, 6 persons sauna, sea views at 200m from beach.



The villa is within walking distance of a beach and offers unprecedented expansive sea views. There are several terraces around the villa and by the pool. A fine collection of comfortable chairs, sun beds, a beach bar with summer kitchen and an outdoor shower. It looks like a movie. The pool is fenced and equipped with a water alarm. From the pool a path leads to the large sauna and in a nice spot on the terrace is the jacuzzi.



The 4 bedrooms are on the first floor, and all have access to the terrace. The beds are generous and comfortable.



On the living floor you will find a large lounge with sitting area and dining table and access to the beautiful kitchen. There is also a "gallery bedroom" this is the fifth bedroom separated from the lounge by a wardrobe wall and curtains. On this floor there is a guest toilet, a beautiful conservatory, and a spacious terrace with stairs to the terraces.



Nearby are all kinds of sandy beaches, restaurants, terraces and sailing and diving schools. Famous seaside resorts such as Sainte Maxime, Saint-Tropez and Saint Raphael are within easy reach.

Our vacation was great and location, view and the house was all in all perfect conditions for a memorable holiday. If we should ask for more, it would be anof furniture in- and outside the house and some update/maintenance of the pool side. And, when you are an active family, it would be nice with activities like ping pong etc. We will for sure recommend villa Panoramamer!

We would 100% recommend this beautiful villa. We had an amazing stay from the first handover where we were welcomed with champagne and very warmly by the owners who made us feel completely at home.The villa itself was beautiful inside and out, carefully decorated with an elegant, luxurious feeling throughout. The views were absolutely stunning and have to be seen to be believed.It was so well furnished with everything you could possibly need.The villa is literally opposite some fantastic beaches and close to a well stocked shop, bar and snack shack.We were a short drive away from St Maxine, St Raphael, Fréjus and a 30 minute boat trip to St Tropez from Les Issambres.The facilities included a hot tub on the terrace with magnificent views of the coast. The swimming pool was great for the children as it was deep enough to enable some good diving and volleyball. A great bar area was a favourite venue for our evenings with a BBQ and family time.

Heerlijk huis voor belevingen met je hele gezin!

De privacy die een ieder op kon zoeken na de gezelligheid met elkaar. Op terras bij keuken een lange smalle tafel met stoelen plaatsen dat je daar lekker kunt eten en spelletjes ‘s-avonds kunt doen.

Een huis waar je herinneringen maken met elkaar op een geweldige wijze kan

Genoeg ruimte om met elkaar te zijn en door de fijne slaapkamers ook voldoende mogelijkheid voor eventueel gewenste privacy. Voor grote groepen een lekkere grote tafel op terras met stoelen die comfortabel zijn.
