Beautiful Bellevue

Fantastic property, wonderful views. Pool was best ever, very well equipped, facilities second to none. 8 in our party ranging from 11 to 74. We all thought it our best holiday ever.

Alles Spitze! Toller Urlaub!

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Meerblick und einem tollen Pool. Alles war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Die Nähe zum Meer und die vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Toller Urlaub, kommen gerne wieder!

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war einfach traumhaft! Die Lage ist klasse und der atemberaubende Blick auf das Wasser hat jeden Morgen zu einem besonderen Erlebnis gemacht. Das Haus selbst war makellos sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders genossen haben wir den großen beheizten Pool, der perfekt zum Entspannen einlädt. In der Umgebung gibt es zudem zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten, von Wassersport bis zu malerischen Wanderungen. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen und kommen sicher wieder!

Ohne jede Einschränkung absolut empfehlenswert

Die Villa ist sehr zutreffend beschrieben, perfekt ausgestattet und lässt in keinerlei Hinsicht Wünsche offen. Die Betreuung vor, während und nach der Reise ist ausgesprochen angenehm und aufmerksam. Lage und Blick sind kaum zu überbieten. Wir können die Villa ohne jede Einschränkung empfehlen.

Great House

This house was nothing less than amazing! It had all we needed for a vacation in the south of France. The house was clean and cool inside, spacious rooms, beautiful interior, great pool, amazing view, and we could go on and on. It really made our vacation that extra special. Birgit the host was really lovely too and very warm and welcoming! We had a good time with the house as our base, and can warmly recommend it to others. We'll be back another time for sure :-) If we have to point out one thing to be improved, it would be the internet speed, which was very slow. But as we were informed, that is being worked on ;-)

Perfekte Unterkunft

Wir können das Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen: angefangen mit der sehr netten Kommunikation, dem super organisierten Empfang (inklusive Willkommenspaket- an dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichen Dank!) sowie einem PERFEKT ausgestattetem Ferienhaus, das eigentlich keine Wünsche offen lässt! Die Raumaufteilung ist toll und der Pool einfach nur ein Traum, die Aussicht lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Einziger Kritikpunkt ( hauptsächlich der Teenager) : das Internet ist teilweise nicht ganz so gut, aber ich glaube daran wird gearbeitet:-) Zusammengefasst: wir kommen gerne wieder! Viele Grüße

Merveilleux !!

Absolut perfekt begann der Urlaub schon vor der Anreise durch persönliche Kontaktaufnahme durch Fr. Barth die Verwalterin, so daß bei Ankunft am umfriedeten Areal "Petit Afrique" Timing und Vorbereitung exaktesten waren. Die Einführung in die Hausgegebenheiten war sehr umfangreich, das Haus in allen Belangen äußerst gepflegt, Technik und Interieur hochwertig und dennoch anheimelnd. Der Aussenbereich mit dem toll gestalteten Garten, einem herrlich, per Wärmepumpe, vorgewärmten (30'C Mitte April) Pool mit aussergewöhnlichem Blick auf Esterel Gebirge und dem Meer von St. Raphael bis zur Bucht von St.Tropez hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Das in der Villa die Fam. Treib noch ein "Survical-Paket", bestehend aus gefülltem Kühlschrank und allen schönen Ver-/Gebrauchsartikeln hinterlegt hatte, war der i-Punkt für den Beginn einer tollen Woche.

Wundervolles Haus, toller Pool, wir kommen wieder!

Der Urlaub war rundum perfekt. Die Lage des Hauses ist super, zwischen St. Tropez und Cannes/NIzza. Das Haus war aufgeräumt und sauber. Der Check-Inn war außerdem sehr unkompliziert. Die Raumaufteilung des Hauses hat uns gut gefallen, da durch die zwei Ebenen jedem Gast seine Privatsphäre garantiert ist. Was uns am besten gefallen hat war die große zum Meer ausgerichtete Terrasse und der riesige Pool. Der Meerblick war unglaublich, quasi ein Rundumblick. Alles in allem eine tolle Zeit, also uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen.

Perfekter Urlaub in Südfrankreich

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war toll! Wir haben die Schönheit Südfrankreichs in vollen Zügen genossen und dieses Haus hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Der atemberaubende Meerblick vom Haus aus ist wirklich unvergesslich. Der Pool war ein weiteres Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Sauber, erfrischend und mit Blick auf das Meer - was kann man sich mehr wünschen? Unsere Kinder hatten hier eine großartige Zeit und wir Erwachsenen konnten uns wunderbar entspannen. Das Haus selbst war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, geräumig und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die wir benötigten. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, um unsere Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten, und die Schlafzimmer waren komfortabel und gemütlich. Die Lage des Ferienhauses war ideal. Wir konnten leicht die umliegenden Strände, malerischen Dörfer und lokale Märkte erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern verlief reibungslos, und sie waren immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Insgesamt können wir dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es war eine unvergessliche Reise, und wir hoffen, bald wiederzukommen!

Spacious and well equipped villa with magnificent view!

We had a wonderful holiday! Villa perfect for two families w two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. communication with the owner and the manager was excellent and we had a very warm welcome, incl some food and drinks supplied upon our arrival - highly appreciated. Table tennis and mats for the beach as well as bikes were available as well as extra fridge in the basement. The pool is big and view from terrace, pool and house is just amazing. We definitely recommend this place and owner!

Projektentwicklung und Entspannen unter Palmen

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Wetter war für die Jahreszeit ausgezeichnet. Es gab sehr viele sonnige Tage mit sommerlichen, angenehmen Temperaturen. Gefühlter Sommeranfang. Die Temperatur und Benutzung des Pools war sehr angenehm. Die Benutzung der Villa ist nicht nur für einen tollen Urlaub in einer landschaftlich sehr schönen und interessanten Umgebung sondern auch für Meetings, Arbeitstreffen und Diskussionsrunden sehr gut geeignet und förderte hierdurch den Zusammenhalt und die Zusammenarbeit in unserer Gruppe was für die erfolgreiche Entwicklung und Durchführung von gemeinsamen Projekten und den Lehrveranstaltungen sehr nützlich war.

Alles bestens, Top Villa

Sehr gut eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ständige Instandhaltung durch den Vermieter. Es gibt bei diesem Haus nichts zu bemängeln.

Außergewöhnliches, herrliches Erlebnis in traumhafter Umgebung

Die Villa hat eine tolle Lage, ist sehr gepflegt und man genießt hier einen sehr schöner Ausblick, auch beim Baden im Pool, insbesondere beim Sonnen Auf- und Sonnenuntergang. Seitens der Architektur und der Inneneinrichtung ist die gesamte Anlage hervorragend konzipiert mit tollen Gemeinschaftsräumen sowie individuellen Zimmern. Badestrände und sehr gute Gastronomie und Cafés sind in der Nähe, Nizza sowie Saint Tropez sind gut zu erreichen.

Beautiful view

A lovely villa. Clean, comfortable and friendly check in. Very well equipped kitchen. The view is breathtaking. Take a laptop if you want to watch something that needs downloading. Very dog friendly with fenced garden. Everything is provided, extra blankets, ping pong, bicycles, dads, loo rolls, washing up liquid, really all you could want. We had two 20 year olds with us and they really enjoyed the boat daytrip we organised and the local market. Recommended.

Rundum perfekt

Ein toller Urlaub. Das Haus war sauber und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ein weiterer großer Vorteil war der beheizte Pool. So konnten wir auch bei schlechten Wetter im warmen Wasser entspannen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Amazing stay! Highly recommend it!

The stay was amazing! The house offers a lot of living space and is designed beautifully. I loved swimming in the pool and sitting on the terrace. From the terrace you have an amazing view and also while cooking you can see the ocean. The house was very clean and we felt at home right away. I definetly want to come again!

Wunderschöne Villa!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa Bellevue verbracht. Das Haus ist einfach toll: Alles wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und es mangelt an nichts. Von der Küche, Wohnzimmer und den beiden Schlafzimmer im OG hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und sowohl der Balkon als auch die Terrasse laden dazu ein sich dort zu entspannen und den Blick zu genießen. Wirklich eine Empfehlung von Herzen!

Traumhafte Villa!!

Die Villa Bellevue macht ihrem Namen wirklich alle Ehre! Der Blick vom Pool, von der Sonnenterrasse im zweiten Stock oder beim Kochen aus dem Fenster der Küche ist atemberaubend schön. Das gesamte Grundstück mit seiner wunderschönen, liebevoll gepflegten Gartenanlage, dem bestens gewarteten Pool und den großzügigen Terrassen haben uns jeden Tag bis in den Abend entspannende Stunden bereitet. Die Ausstattung des Hauses könnte nicht besser sein! Das geschmackvolle Interieur und die großzügigen Räume haben uns seit der Ankunft direkt heimisch fühlen lassen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Ausstattung, es mangelt an Nichts! Viele Gesellschafts-Spiele, diverse Sportmöglichkeiten wie z.B. eine große Tischtennisplatte und Pool-Equipment ließen es nie langweilig werden. Auch unsere Hobbyköche konnten sich in der außergewöhnlich gut ausgestatteten Küche austoben. Tolles Haus, absolute Empfehlung!!
