The house overlooks the Bastioni promenade, from where you can enjoy a splendid view over the entire bay of Alghero and Capocaccia, a stone\'s throw from the port and Piazza Civica, the most elegant meeting place in the city and ideal for shopping.
About 50 square meters large, it consists of an entrance with kitchenette, a spacious and elegant living room and two bright windows facing the sea, a bathroom with shower, an alcove with a double bed (which can be separated into two single beds) and a spacious wardrobe. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed for two people which can be either a double bed or two separate beds. It can accommodate up to 4 adults. It has three windows. It is equipped with an inverter air conditioner for winter and summer in the living room and electric blades to freshen the air in the bedroom, a washing machine, TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, refrigerator with ice compartment (but not freezer). Little electric oven and microwave, new induction cooker. Wi-fi and air conditioning are free.

I am Lalla Dessy and I was born in the 1930s. This house, which my father left me, has been in our family since the 1950s. We spent the years of our adolescence here with my brothers and for me Alghero is a place of dear memories and the great cultural potential of this place has always fascinated me, being a Catalan linguistic island inserted in a Sardinian language context. I have always wanted this house to be my private space and to reflect my personality. But now, that I am not in Alghero, I thought of sharing my passion for this city with my guests, because I like to have contacts with people of all countries and to make my land and our sea known.

A delightful house on the ramparts, furnished with taste and love for art, comprising entrance hall with kitchenette, bathroom, spacious living room with two windows overlooking the sea, alcove with double bed or two single beds.
What makes this property unique
The house is ideal for a couple and for friends, and families with small children are welcome! Being on the ground floor, my house is very convenient for carrying strollers and various luggage.
