This charming and welcoming apartment is located on the ground floor, just a stone's throw away from one of Venice's most authentic squares, Campo San Giacomo dell'Orio.

It consists of an entrance, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

It also has a strategic location, just a 7-minute walk from Santa Lucia train station and 10 minutes from the majestic Rialto Bridge.

Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the guest stay tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.

Sophia was very easy to communicate with and check in was very easy. The apartment was in a perfect location and within walking distance to all sites. We used the washer for multiple loads of clothes with no issues. The only problem was the shower floods. Otherwise, this place is perfect!
