A large inviting apartment situated on the first floor, it as views overlooking Percy Park green and the sea
it is just a two minute walk to the glorious beaches
You enter the apartment into the a hallway off this is a large imposing Living Room
and dining room, with many original feature and large windows overlooking the green and sea.
The Bathroom has been refurbished and has a separate shower and bath toilet and vanity unit
Continuing down the hallway leads to two good size double bedrooms

At the rear of the apartment is a large newly fitted kitchen with , a large fridge freezer dishwasher washing machine , and a dining area

Grand Apartment mitten in Tynemouth
Wunderbare Apartment sehr bequem. Gut ausgestattet sehr räumlich. In der nähe von Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants. Strand nur 100m entfernt ideal für Spaziergange. Alles hat gepasst, sehr erholsam. Wunderbar.

Tynemouth a Little Gem in the Northeast of England
We come to this area annually and decided to rent a flat this time. 46B Percy Park did not disappoint. What a treat to wake up and have a view of the North Sea each morning! The flat is in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and Tynemouth village center which has numerous shops, restaurants and pubs. The flat is also walking distance to other nearby towns, Cullercoats and Whitley Bay which boasts more restaurants and shopping and beaches. We did not rent a car this time and used the public transportation. Plenty of bus stops just a stone's throw away from the flat. The metro in the village is in walking distance. It can take you right into Newcastle city center. From there you can catch a train to other areas of the UK (Scotland, Chester, London, etc) The flat itself was spotlessly clean upon arrival. All amenities, linens, pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, appliances, etc. were all good quality. Communication with the owners was excellent! A couple of days of settling in required some back-and-forth messaging with Sasha and her response was always prompt and courteous. On the downside, the beds in the flat were not the most comfortable. With regard to the clothes dryer (listed on amenities) this is not a machine dryer but a clothes horse, however it adequately met our needs. Overall, a very good place to stay and we hope to return. Just a suggestion to the owners, it might be helpful to visitors who are not familiar with the area to have an informational book/binder on hand listing places to visit, local attractions, restaurants, shopping, etc.

Only two minute walk to beach
Lovely view from the beautiful living room, and a two minute walk to the actual beach. The double beds are not fantastic, and the design takes unnecessary room from the small bedrooms and one bed mattress was a bit sunk. Always had very positive contact with the owners. We had a hard time finding our way in the dark at arrival (after midnight due to late flight) as thefirst lamp switch was faulty and it shortcuttes all electricity in the apartment (living room celing lamp). And there were no signs which door led to apartment B (so we accidentally entered the wrong apartment first were the lady had forgotten to lock her door) - a strange experience indeed. Havinf G said all of this, we loved staying here and would come back again!

Excellent location
Perfect for a getaway break. Beautiful large lounge and kitchen. Location makes this holiday property. Very dog friendly with a big green outside the front door and the beach at the bottom of the street (summer season the dog friendly beach about 15 mins easy walk along the prom). Tynemouth has a number of very good pubs and eateries, a good number are dog friendly. Good road and rail connections for Newcastle and coastal area further afield. Tynemouth market at weekends well worth a visit. Great communication and response from the owner / agents, very professional and helpful. Recommend this property.

Excellent location and beautiful lounge. Had a problem with the boiler which meant no hot water for a day but this was resolved. In addition there was no parking permit available which was inconvenient.
