In a gated community with private security (2 surveillance vehicles). On a single story, with a large plot of 1,300 m2 and 250 m2 built. Spacious garden with trees (olive trees, pines, wild olives, lemon tree) and private pool. Large porch overlooking the pool measuring about 10 meters by 6 meters, with another very spacious porch next to the kitchen and barbecue, with a large dining table for 8 people. Close to the Rio Grande tennis courts. You can walk to the shopping center, bars, restaurants, banks, subway, and it’s 20 minutes to the center of Seville. "All areas of the accommodation, including bedrooms, living room, and kitchen, have independent air conditioning for your maximum comfort."

A wonderful stay.

We have just returned from our first visit to Seville. The house was perfect for our needs and the pool and lovely shades outside spaces particularly utilised. Communication was great, the bedrooms are lovely and cool. Well laid out kitchen. Beautiful use of fabrics in upholstery and behind glass doors in wardrobes and cupboards. Seville is stunning and it was so special to be there when Spain won the Euros. A wonderful and inclusive atmosphere. Ubers and local taxis plentiful. Thank you for letting us enjoy your wonderful home.

Gute Lage für Sevilla-Besuche

Sehr schönes Haus mit Garten und Pool in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. 5 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt und bei kostenfreien Parken liegt die Metro-Station Ciudad Expo für die schnelle Fahrt ins Zentrum von Sevilla. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants um die Ecke.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa qui offre tout le confort et qui est à proximité du métro ce qui permet de rejoindre le centre de Séville en 20min. La villa est dans un quartier résidentiel au calme et est très agréable. Les propriétaires sont très très sympathiques, toujours disponibles et donnent beaucoup d’informations sur les choses à visiter, les bons restaurants etc… Je recommande !
