Great location but…

This property was in a great location but was not clean to the standard that I would expect something of this price to be. Additionally the provisions left in the kitchen were not appropriate for a rental property, food was open.

It’s very saddening to hear this complaint as we pride ourselves on cleanliness,the cleaners have a really good reputation and are used by other property owners as well.I’m even more shocked to hear about food being left open because we do not leave any open food as we like to follow the covid rules.We have had many happy people staying at our apartments as judged by the feedback from them on the various portals that our property is advertised on. Unfortunately after this guest left there was a lot of mess and rubbish left behind which our cleaners don’t usually encounter.

Great apartment and location

Apartment was huge and well maintained. The location was awesome, with 5-10 min walk from everything! Parvinder graciously stayed late to check us in due to a delayed flight and helped us find the apartment when we arrived (finding the building was a little tricky at first). Only complaint is that the apartment felt very damp and the clothes we washed wouldn’t dry. It also left the clothes we didn’t wash feeling damp as well. Overall, great place and would definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area.

The location couldn't be better. The apartment was very clean and spacious for a city center 1 bedroom. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot!

This property was exactly what we wanted: Clean, comfortable, and convenient. It was steps from Royal Mile, but on a quiet side street with a pretty garden. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect property location and accommodations

This property was close to everything we wanted to do. The property owner was great to work with. It was clean and well maintained. Our stay was 5 nights, so we could have used a few extra towels in the bathroom, but overall, the property was perfect for us and we would happily stay here again.
