The Space:
Apartment Vista boasts a large private terrace that takes full advantage of the amazing sea views. Situated in a perfect location just a few meters away from Centeanes beach and within walking distance of the village of Carvoeiro with its variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The entrance door leads through a hallway to the open-plan living /dining area with a fully fitted kitchen. The living room includes TV and WiFi with sliding doors leading to the terrace with comfy seating perfect for alfresco dining, relaxing, and sunbathing.

Both double bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, the 2nd double bedroom has an adjacent bathroom.

The apartment is airconditioned throughout.

Cot and highchair are available upon request.

The property is perfect for families, however, due to the low walls on the terrace, not recommended for active toddlers.

Carvoeiro is a fishing village halfway along the Algarve coast, about 45 minutes from Faro Airport. Over the last 15 years, grown to be a sizeable holiday resort. However, it has not lost the intrinsic charm of the place, as the development has been sympathetically done, keeping to low-rise buildings in the traditional Algarvian style. This cosmopolitan resort has a wide selection of restaurants and bars, a few nightclubs, boutiques, banks, chemist, local facilities, and fantastic beaches.

Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, published in Diário da República no. 72 of 12/04/2024. The tourist tax charge is €2 per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 during the rest of the year (November to March) per person, up to a maximum of seven straight nights for all tourists aged 13 or older. The tax is to be paid either prior or upon arrival.

tolles Appartement mit super Lage (und kleinen Schwächen)

Wir haben schöne 6 Tage im Appartement Vista verbracht. Es ist toll ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht oder sich wünscht. Es ist modern eingerichtet und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, auf der man abends die Sonne genießen kann. Die Anlage an sich und der Weg zum Appartement sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Haus, das uns an eine riesige Bienenwabe erinnert hat, ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dies merkt man in der Wohnung selbst aber nicht. Etwas befremdlich war für uns, dass man kein Papier in die Toilette werfen darf. Dafür gibt es dann eine Art Brause, mit der man sich nach getaner "Verrichtung" abspülen kann. Auch das war eher gewöhnungsbedürftig. Einige Leuchtmittel waren kaputt, das war allerdings nebensächlich. Der angegebene Kontakt hat auf Anfrage sofort reagiert. Allerdings hätten wir erwartet, dass sie sich bei uns bzgl. der Abreise melden würde. Da kam nichts, wir haben dann selbst nachgefragt. Insgesamt können wir das Appartement sehr empfehlen; die Lage ist toll - in 5 Minuten ist man am Strand oder dem dort gelegenen Restaurant. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unserer Einschätzung nach gerade noch okay (wenn man alles insgesamt betrachtet).
