Schöner Ort, schöne Wohnung - aber ACHTUNG!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist schön. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll. Allerdings gibt es ein paar Punkte die nicht akzeptabel sind. 1. Der Keller des Gebäudes ist total feucht daher kommt ein richtig unangenehmer, störender Geruch bis in die Wohnung. 2. Die Wohnung ist super hellhörig. Man hört jedes Geräusch von der Wohnung die sich darüber befindet. 3. Das angepriesene Inventar war so leider nicht ganz vorhanden (Kaffeemaschine) 4. Die Wohnung ist für 6 Personen ausgeschrieben. Nach einem Kontakt mit dem Vermieter wurde mitgeteilt das die Wohnung nur für 5 Personen geeignet ist. Leider ist das auch falsch gewesen. Wir sind zu fünft Erwachsene angereist und haben nur 2 Doppelbetten vorgefunden. Das 3 Bett war ein viel zu kleines und total unangenehmes Beistellbett. Dies wurde so nicht kommuniziert und ist wirklich ärgerlich. Ich würde diese Wohnung so erstmal nicht empfehlen.

Huis is ruim / netjes en alle juiste faciliteiten. Locatie in centrum ook prima. Enig minpuntje: gehorig (appartement erboven)
