House 418 is an apartment in the commercial and economic heart of Perugia. It is located on the 4th floor of a building from the 1990s that was built and designed as university housing.
It enjoys a strategic yet peaceful and quiet location.
Just a stone’s throw from the Fontivegge train station and 1 km from the city’s historic centre. Sant’Francesco International Airport is only 13 km away, with a shuttle service available. The mini-metro, buses, and taxis are 200 metres away. The stadium, restaurants, shopping centers, and stores are all within walking distance.
Well-connected via the highway ramp to reach and visit all of Umbria’s beautiful sights: Assisi, Spello, Spoleto, Gubbio, Todi, and Lake Trasimeno.
The apartment has been tastefully renovated and furnished to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. We’ve paid close attention to detail and put all our heart into it, as if we were the guests ourselves.
