Apartment in the historic center, located in the oldest part of Assisi, 100m from the Cathedral of San Rufino, 50m from the Bus Station and Parking in Piazza Matteotti.
The rental is located on the first floor of a building in Vicolo Bovi. This is one of the most suggestive (characteristic) streets of the entire city. Here it really seems to go back to the Middle Ages in which St. Francis lived.
The apartment is perfect for a couple but also lends itself well to hosting families with children. It features a kitchen with living area, bedroom and bathroom. The cost of the stay will include consumption and use of the WiFi network.
In the immediate vicinity, you can find everything you need to spend a perfect holiday, with or without a car: markets, restaurants, bars, snack bars, souvenir shops, pharmacy, post office and ATM.

Sara was most helpful and left a generous welcome basket. Great location but being over 70 the 22 stairs leading to the apartment were difficult. Kitchen space small but adequate for two people.

Perfect location for me!

One minute walk from public parking, 2 minutes from San Rufino’s, 4 minutes from St. Clare’s or Piazza Comune, 12 minute walk to Basilica of St. Francis (I am known as a fast walker), I loved the location of the Antica Assisi Apartment! Restaurants, grocery stores, coffee bars, churches and museums, everything is a quick walk! Loved it!This top floor apartment has a private entrance, all the amenities you need for the kitchen and laundry, a good desk/workspace with dependable WiFi and a very comfortable bed. There was nothing I needed that I didn’t have access to right there. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Assissi

The property was on one of the most lovely streets in Assisi. Parking was supper easy with a structured parking lot across the street. However, the apartment had mold around the skylights and the closet was so musty one could not hange our clothes in it without them coming out stinky. Great potential but not ready to be rented now. John

Picturesque Italy

What a beautiful, quaint city that exudes all the good qualities of Italy! Assisi offers a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of the big cities with its picturesque countryside, cooler temperatures, and calm vibe. The apartment provided a comfortable spot to spend time and had the needed amenities. There was no air conditioning but the fan was sufficient to cool us off. The quiet area had markets and restaurants and sat only a walk away from everything we wanted to see and enjoy. Check-in was easy but we would have appreciated a person or notebook that provided more information about the location of the best markets to buy food and wine. Recommend staying a night or two in Assisi because at night the day tourists depart and you get to appreciate the serene mood of the city.
