Beautiful house in the countryside just 900 meters from the walls of Assisi with a separate entrance. Large private garden with gazebo overlooking the valley of Assisi. The house has 2 apartments restructured maintaining the typical characteristics of the houses, walls, ceilings, decorative elements that bring the original atmosphere of the house. The apartments are ideal for a couple, are composed of an entrance with bay window, kitchen, bright double room with garden views and a spacious bathroom area with bath and / or shower romantic-style services.

Nice rustic retreat away from the hustle and bustle

Property had a nice location within walking distance to town — very convenient with a market nearby. We had early check in which was so nice. Apartment in an older building — very large with rustic charm. We enjoyed our stay!

Agnes was a wonderful host, she was attentive and helpful. The place is IMMACULATE! Cute doggie too. A shot hop to Assisi, Spello, Spoleto, Montepulciano and Perugia. I would definitely stay here again!

Wir hatten eine Woche in einem der Apartments von 'da Bacchetta'. Die Kommunikation am ersten Tag war nicht gut. Wir waren verspätet, hatten keinen persönlichen Kontakt und fühlten uns etwas verloren.Es gab keinen Willkommensgruß in Form von geschriebener Info/Notiz, Wasserflasche o.Ä. .Das Apartment (und 4 andere) ist Teil eines alten, schönen Hauses und liegt in einem großen Garten mit Olivenbäumen, es gibt überall Sitzplätze im Freien. Trotz großer Hitze blieb es relativ kühl, der Ventilator half auch. Es ist großzügig, z.T. antik eingerichtet, das Bett ist gut. Es gibt einen großen Schrank, aber leider keine Fächer, Regale oder Haken für Kleidung. Das Bad ist riesig, auch romantisch, aber die Dusche veraltet und nur für Personen unter 1,80 geeignet. Die Küche ist klein, die Herdplatten ca. von 1960, das Gefrierfach des Kühlschranks so zugefroren, dass es nicht nutzbar ist.Es ist sehr hellhörig zum Appartment nebenan. Wir hatten außerdem das Pech, dass am ersten Morgen um 7.30 ein Lastwagen mit Materialien über das Grundstück fuhr und an mehreren Tagen auf dem Grundstück an einem Haus gearbeitet wurde. Das nebenan liegende Grand Hotel hatte manchmal laute Parties.Man kann nach Assisi laufen, es dauert aber eindeutig länger als 15-20min, und der Weg entlang der Straße ist nicht einladend.Alles in allem etwas enttäuschend, aber in Ordnung. Einige Dinge im Apartment können eindeutig ein Update vertragen.

Wer es einfach und freundlich mag, der ist hier richtig. Das Apartment ist weitläufig mit vielen netten Details. Die Lage ist ruhig. Das umliegende Gelände hat viele Bäume, die Schatten spenden und zwei Olivenhaine. Die Innenstadt ist in Laufnähe (1,5 km). ... Auch ein Öffentlicher Bus würde fahren. Ein schöner Ort, um Zeit in und um Assisi zu verbringen.

Walking distance to town center

We had a great stay at Bacehtta! The apartment is about a 25 minute walk to the center of Assisi walls - a nice easy stroll. There is a market about 15 mins away. There was some confusion on how To operate the gate and which apartment was ours, but Agnese was responsive and once we got that figured out it was lovely.

Cure quest house close to Assisi central.

We loved this small apartment. We did notice that the owners do not live there any more and the entire house is now rented out. It creates a bit of confusion when someone arrives and no one meets them. Never sure where they are supposed to go. I think the manager tries to meet the renters but that isn't always possible when you don't live right there. Anyway we helped out a few renters until manager arrived. But besides that we loved the area and would go back. A booklet of helpful info would be nice .

This was a quaint and charming apartment. It was an easy drive into the Assisi historic center. The best part about this was the recommendation for the family restaurant. Turned out to be Michelin rated, and the best meal we had in our two weeks through Tuscany. The most charming, unexpected, and special surprise of the trip.

Amazing place to relax.

Fresh air, birds chirping and amazing ambiance. 15 min walk from the town of Assisi, me and my wife used this as a break from our 16 days in Italy and it was amazing. Agnese is very kind and fast to respond to any request. Will stay again if I ever come back to Umbria.

A very old farmhouse beautifully restored and maintained. Great view over the valley, wonderful sunset. We had dinner at Malvarina, the family restaurant. We highly recommend it!

The apartment is so peaceful and beautiful. The bed is super comfy. My new husband and I sat out in the garden at the little table drinking a good bottle of wine with salami and cheese we'd purchased in town. It could not have been more perfect. Sylvia and her daughter could not be more hospitable. I messaged them on the Homeaway app because we needed a corkscrew and one arrived within 15 minutes. Sylvia's daughter also recommended that we eat at her family's restaurant Malvarina while we were there. She made the reservation for us and even took us there. It was the best for we've had by far in Italy!!! Every course was so incredibly delicious, and they make everything there themselves including the olive oil and cheese and they even raised the chicken we ate. It was only 30 euros per person and that included wine, water, 6 courses, espresso and grappa. Also the best olive oil ever!!! We purchased a bottle to go :) this stay was great but made even greater by the hospitality of Sylvia and her daughter. Thank you
