As its name reveals, it is located right in front of the sea and access is direct to a private beach, without interfering. Combined with the privacy it offers but also with the countless amenities of the villa, it is an ideal destination for unforgettable holiday!

The villa is located in an area of 7 acres, where you will find a tennis court, barbeque facilities, playground and countless relaxation corners.

The layout of the villa is such as to provide complete privacy even between the same family. Each space has its own separate entrance and can be a small independent residence.

It has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 1 wc, fully equipped kitchen and living room with a total coverage of 250 square meters.

For those who love to explore the sea and the surrounding beaches with their own boat, there is a small pier right in front of for mooring a boat.
