The flat was excellent. It was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. The beds are so comfortable. The location is fantastic!! There are so many restaurants nearby. It is only 6 minutes from the train station. It's only a couple of minutes from Waitrose, the best grocery store. They offer all kinds of fresh pastries each day!! We have stayed here twice, both very long stays. The hosts are excellent!! It was so easy to access the flat. And all the information about the area is provided by the hosts including emergency numbers to recommendations for shopping and restaurants.
Lovely apartment, very convenient location just a few minutes walk into the town centre. Also close to the Stray. Very comfortable too. The owner was very helpful.
Ideally located for exploring Harrogate situated a short walk from the town centre. Modern and well furnished yet cosy. Comfortable for a family of 4. Recommended
We were visiting our son. We are from the US.. this apartment was right across the street from where he lives. Location was close to everything. We had a small plumbing problem. I contacted the host. Plumber was there within 10 minutes. Problem was fixed in less than 30 minutes. The host response was fantastic. We will come back again
The apartment is well presented, however, several niggles came to light during our stay. The apartment deco is neutral but has suffered lots of scuff marks to walls in all living spaces and would benefit from a fresh lick of paint. Most of the furniture is tired and needs replacement, such as the sofa (has lost its shape and support), dining table is wrong size for location and the vinyl coverings to the chairs have started split on the seating and back areas. Worst of all is the main king size bed - mattresses were soft and boney and now passed any level of comfort - in particular I had a poor nights sleep during our 4x night stay. The apartment heating system needs attention - not an important element in the summer but in early November, the temperature drops outside and requires the apartment to have a functioning heating system. When we arrived at the apartment the internal temperature was 16 deg c and gradually got warmer through the use of oil radiators which the owner had placed in the apartment. A plumber came out to inspect the underfloor heating but found the heating manifold to be off and not functioning. We also found dirty kitchen utensils when we started to cook a meal and the combined oven/grill installed would benefit from a grill pan. This apartment would be stunning with some attention to these details and be well worth the £165/night premium we paid to stay. Location to Harrogate shops and centre is excellent, with just a short 5 minute walk away.
Great property, ideal location within walking distance of everything. With everything you need for a great holiday, only negatives were Wasing machine was out of action and no prior notice of this issue from owner and shower curtain could do with being replaced but nothing that spoiled our holiday, would return again.
This Harrogate property was outstanding. Location was perfect. Good size and plenty of room. Apartment was very clean and safe. We had a great time and the location was perfect
Went to Harrogate on a short break. Wanted to stay in town and this flat was perfect. It is centrally located to everything but on a very quiet, tree lined street. You are literally around the corner from Waitrose and about a 5-7 minute walk to the train station and town. Everything is provided - towels, linens, etc. Has a nice private outdoor area; although you do have to leave the flat out the front entrance and around the side of the building to access it. It was fine for us. Bedrooms are spacious and have ample places to put thing and hang clothes. Would recommend it without hesitation and would stay again if in the area. The hosts were very prompt in responding to anything we asked and even offered to come over to help open the windows (which we kindly declined). Enjoyed our time there.
