Puzzled by lack of cutlery. Had to rely on a plastic fork and spoon I unwittingly brought with me. No wifi. TV Remote did not always work.

Really sorry about your experience at the apartment Alison. We have never heard from you during the whole 5 day stay regarding the issues. Full sets of cutlery were in the internal drawer by the fridge. We have outside camera that relies on the wifi at the apartment and we always get a notification if the camera is offline, we never did. If there are any issues with our properties we sort things out immediately once the guest tell us about it. Take care
