A beautifully presented property that unlike so many others, didn’t just look good but was comforting and welcoming as well. The king sized bed was worth the trip alone, and the thoughtful touches such as the welcome hamper and the well stocked bathroom amenities were the icing on the cake. We’ll definitely be back with the whole family!

We had a fantastic stay at this most beautiful apartment. The location was perfect to explore Stamford on foot. The property was well equipped and lots of little extras made it feel like a real treat. The church and the bells opposite were a joy. Fabulous interiors and the most comfortable bed. The host really has made this an exceptional place to stay and I cannot recommend it highly enough. We hope to return very soon.
A fantastic apartment in the idyllic town of Stamford. Wonderful decor and character with lots of thoughtful touches including a much appreciated welcome hamper. Kate and her husband were extremely helpful. We will most definitely be back. Thank you Kate!
Beautifully and tastefully decorated and furnished 1st floor apartment. Almost in the town centre but in a quiet location with a nice view of the church opposite. Roadside parking was easy to find. Beautiful welcome basket on arrival with lots of little extra special touches throughout to make our stay comfortable. We were so impressed with everything and would definitely recommend it. We will certainly go back ourselves.
Very easy to contact host. Property is well appointed, very clean. Wish we had booked an extra night.

A beautifully appointed apartment close to the town centre. The communication with Kate was fantastic and the flowers and mini hamper on arrival was a lovely touch.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending it as great place to stay.
I stayed at 60 High Street for 10 days in between house moves. A stunning flat - very clean and Kate seems to have thought of everything to make your stay so very warm and welcoming.
A great location - easy walk to the town, to the nearby pubs and to Burghley Park for evening walks.
Don’t think twice about booking this property - you’ll be missing out if you choose somewhere else in Stamford!

About the host

Hi I'm Kate along with my husband we are the owners of St Martins Apartment. We bought the apartment six years ago as a base whilst our children were at school in Stamford. They have now flown the nest and are away at University. Because we aren't using the apartment as much now we had a decision to make, hence the listing as we couldn't bear to sell it. We hope you enjoy staying in it as much as we do. By sharing it with you we have the best of both worlds in that we all get to enjoy it. Stamford is a wonderful place to explore. I am sure once you have visited you will want to return again and again.
