This stunning property was originally built c1790. It was purchased in a poor condition throughout and we spend over 18 months stripping it back to brick both inside and outside and then reconfiguring to turn historic house into a beautiful comfortable home. It has been now renovated to a very high standard having a gorgeous fully fitted kitchen with fully integrated appliances, gas central heating, a beautiful fireplace, and a lovely tucked away downstairs cloakroom.
On the first floor there are 2 good sized double bedrooms with attractive and original fireplaces, the first floor front bedroom has the benefit of a lovely en-suite with beautiful pebble style karndean flooring, there is also and a good size family bathroom with the same pebble style karndean flooring.
On the second floor are 2 further good double bedrooms
Each bedroom has luxury mattresses, double wardrobes and lovely bedside lamps

I have always loved Ramsgate and spend many years on as a child enjoying the beautiful white soft sandy beach of Ramsgate with my family. My dreams of this wonderful place became a reality in 2019 when we purchased 'The Beach House' as a 1790 renovation project. It took our builders over 18 months to complete the works and we now have a wonderful home with every home comfort you could expect.

Why they chose this property
Our home is a lovely comfortable cottage with has been completely renovated from inside out with everything being lovely and new but it is still a period building dating back to 1790, Interesting it has withstood the test of time including a zepper bomb back in the First World War that took out the majority of the street. When we purchased the Beach House back in late 2019, we employed the best contractors and project managed the works ourselves to ensure it was tenderly and lovely restored
