Summary:

Picton House is a charming property set in a quiet location back from the hustle and bustle of Ramsgate, yet close enough to take a short stroll and be at the town, beach or harbour.



The property has two generous double bedrooms, a single room and a family bathroom. It also offers a spacious dining room, with the kitchen at the back of the house which leads out onto the lovely decked area and further onto the garden.



Free parking outside on street or on surrounding roads if it's busy.



The Space:

Parking can usually be found on the street outside the property. It will take around 8-10 minutes to reach the lovely shops of Addington Street and the main town, and a further few minutes to reach the harbour and beach. The property is also just 10 minutes from Ramsgate train station making it very easily accessible from London.



As well as being perfect for family breaks it also makes a great bolthole for those working near or at Ramsgate Harbour.

I fell in love with Picton House in Ramsgate as soon as I laid eyes on it. It’s my peaceful, comfortable, stylish sanctuary by the sea! Newly refurbished and redecorated throughout, it was a joy to see my vision for the perfect, peaceful seaside retreat come to life. I plan to use it wherever I can myself, as I love it so much, but I hope that it will appeal to holidaymakers as much as it does to me.

With fast wifi connections, a brand-new television boasting all the channels and a cosy “real-looking” gas fire in the living room, it’s the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and escape to work away from home or relax. The garden is south-facing, private and sunny in the Summer, with a nice, decked area with garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy drinks and food on the terrace and a fence at the edge of the decking making it safe for children.

It has free parking on the road outside and is just a short stroll to the beach, the pretty harbour and the shops. Lovely restaurants and bars in the town are within easy reach and the gorgeous beaches and nightlife in Broadstairs and Margate are just a ten-minute drive away.
