We were very pleased to stay at Toni's guesthouse. Toni was especially helpful and easy to communicate with, and staying with him certainly sweetened our visit to Dubrovnik. The listing is accurate. Pool and breakfast were delightful. Our room was on the smaller side, which is fine for a couple of nights. Parking is available in a secluded by adjacent parking lot at the city's Zone 3 rates -- plan to turn right through an archway a bit before the main walking-only entrance to Toni's guesthouse. Would gladly recommend and hope to visit again!
