A lovely 2-bedroom ground floor apartment with superb lake, golf and mountain views from its terrace and garden. The apartment sleeps 6 (if using the sofa bed in the lounge). The apartment is fully furnished with air conditioning in every room. The accommodation has garden furniture, terrace leading on to the garden, free Wi-Fi, central heating, communal swimming pool, open-air parking, TV/Satellite with various languages including some UK free view.



The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils and kettle. There is also a washing machine.



The Resort

Terrazas de la Torre Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS gated resorts with an 18-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus which will challenge all levels of golfers. On-site you will find the Clubhouse with restaurant, a SPAR supermarket, pro golf shop, kids play areas, 24 hours security and maintained gardens and swimming pools.



Car hire is highly recommended if you plan on exploring the area.

Las Terrazas de la Torre Golf Resort is next to two Spanish towns, Roldan and Balsicas, both a 5 minute drive away. The beaches of the Mar Menor are within a 15 minute drive away, the new Corvera Murcia International Airport is a 20 minute drive and Alicante Airport is a 45 minute drive. The capital of the region, Murcia and Cartagena the second largest city with its fabulous port and Roman ruins are also a 20 minute drive. Both cities host a myriad of shops, bars, restaurants and shopping malls.

Very comfortable accommodation, as described, very good quality of beds, correct kitchen, gardens and a breathtaking view. The two pools clean and adjoining the accommodation is a plus. Perfect communication with the manager and perfect security at the access station in addition to exemplary behavior and really friendly with all the teams. I would definitely come back and without hesitation. Congrats

Apartamento muy nuevo. Camas cómodas, buen aíre acondicionado, cocina cómoda con menaje., Igual que en las fotos. Un buen sitio donde alojarse.Piscina muy bonita y limpia.Amplia terraza para las tardes ya que da sol de mañana. Urbanización con seguridad privada con barrera de entrada..Nos ha gustado mucho.
