The Casa nelle Rose 1 apartment, located on the outskirts of the small village of Moltedo, is surrounded by olive and lemon trees, as well as roses, in a wonderful setting that offers views of the valley and exudes a sense of tranquility. Carefully furnished in a modern style with special attention to the colour scheme of the rooms, it measures approximately 40 square metres and is designed to accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of one bedroom, a spacious kitchen/living room with a sleeper sofa, and a bathroom. Outside, a large terrace offers a peaceful place to relax. Your four-legged friends are welcome!

Moltedo, a small village just behind Diano San Pietro, is located at the top of the historic centre and is easily accessible from the "central alley." The building is easily accessible both by car (it has a small, convenient reserved parking area) and on foot from the village’s main car park, where children can also find a place to play.

For your daily needs, you can visit the supermarket located at the bottom of the village; here you’ll find everything you need, from bread to pasta, from milk to fresh vegetables. If, on the other hand, you’d like to sample authentic local cuisine, the "Paolo & Maria" restaurant is the place for you.
