We loved our stay, the location was perfect on the 3rd floor. The condo and beds were comfy and loved the smart TV in each room for at night. Washer/ Dryer came in handy and perfect view to the ocean. My only con was the construction going on. We had to walk out of the gate and around the the beach access to get to the beach. Management said it had something to do with heavy winds and the sliding doors out to the pool and boardwalk.

Condo was comfortable and had a good view. Close to restaurants and stores. All the different codes for specific areas were annoying. Would stay again!

Thank you, Mary, for letting us know about your stay. The views are incredible! We do have several codes and will let the onsite association know that consolidating would make things easier for our guests. Glad that will not hinder you from coming back! Thanks again, Your Southern Team

Pensacola Beach

Place was great, just the right size for us beautiful views and the sunsets are also beautiful. The only one complaint that I have is no walk in shower, for must people that is fine but I have a bad knee and it was hard to get it in and out of the tub, but it did not ruin my vacation, will be back.

This property is as advertised.

Property was very clean and well maintained. All appliances worked perfect. Couches and chairs are cloth so not the most hygienic but, again, very clean. We will no longer use VRBO based upon the overhead cost now being charged.

Nice

Nice place, clean, and good layout. Only real issue for the unit is, TVs need replaced. Get rid of the entertainment center. No one uses CD or VHS players. Computer screens are bigger. I would stay there again.

Good location. Waiting for elevators was annoying. All the different door codes for the gate, pool, lobby and room were excessive.

Spring break 2023

We had a great time! The listing was just as described. Southern kept us informed of any updates that we should need. Everything was on a Coded lock which made it easy to access getting both in the building and in our room. The rental chairs were set up and comfy for our beach days and the guys with lazy days checked on us to be sure we had everything we needed. Definitely plan to come back! Very laid back area of the beach during spring break.

Hi Rachelle, Thank you for this feedback. We do apologize that this vacation fell short of expectations. We can assure you this is not Southern's standard. We have voiced all concerns to our property management team and we will address these issues as we move forward. We do hope you decide to stay with us in the future.

Short and Sweet Get Away

We made a quick 4-day 3-night getaway. The condo was comfortable. Mattresses were great and very comfortable living room furniture. Would've prefered some type of chest with drawers to store things in--but the open racks in the closet did the job...just noting a personal preference. Also, there was no additional blankets we could access when the weather turned very chilly. I expect that was an oversight of the cleaning staff. Including beach chairs and umbrella was a nice extra and there is easy access to the beach. Would definitely consider a return.
