'Het Melkhuis', the tiny house that makes you happy😀

Het Melkhuis, gezellig en comfortabel. Optimaal gelegen op 100 meter van de Boulevard en het strand met veel strandpaviljoens/restaurants, 50 meter van het winkelcentrum, 200 meter vanmp fietsverhuur, 350 meter van supermarkt en 300 meter van bushalte, vanwaar u makkelijk met het openbaar vervoer naar historische winkelsteden als Leiden, Haarlem, en Amsterdam kunt reizen. In de zomer is er elke dinsdag toeristenmarkt op 40 meter (Andreasplein).
NB parkeren in de directe omgeving alleen voor bewoners.
NB fietsen en surfplanken kunnen niet inpandig worden gestald. Naast Het Melkhuis bevinden zich stalen ringen in de muur, waaraan sloten bevestigd kunnen worden.

A lovely home away from home that has everything one needs. The communication with Paul was fast and easy, and the apartment was just perfect, everything as advertised! I booked this for my parents' visit and they were super happy!

Beautiful property, great location, wonderful hosts

Het Melkhuis is a lovely spot to stay. The house ihas everything you need, is furnished to a very high standard and is very comfortable. The hosts are helpful and friendly, and Katwijk in my opinion the nicest of the villages on the coast in that area. To top it all: you go out the foor, turn right, walk for maybe 50 metres and then there are only the dunes between you and the beach!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, in einer guten Lage. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen, der Stadtkern ist direkt nebenan. Die Lage der Wohnung ist dennoch ruhig und man kann hier sehr gut entspannen.

Sehr schönes Häuschen mit allem, was man braucht. Sauberkeit top, zentral gelegen, Strand sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Was man in der Beschreibung nicht sehen kann: das Auto kann man kostenfrei nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt parken. Das war grundsätzlich kein Problem für uns, aber es sollte in der Beschreibung doch Erwähnung findenAufgrund dessen und aufgrund der Wendeltreppe ist das Haus nicht für Menschen mit Bewegungseinschränkungen geeignet.

Wir waren zu Gast im Melkhuis.Leider verging die Zeit zu schnell.Das Häuschen ist sehr schön eingerichtet,alles sehr sauber,super Bett,extra groß und breit.Die Vermieter sind sehr nett.Die Lage bis zum Strand....1a nur ein paar Schritte und in die Stadt,wo man alles bekommt,ebenfalls fussläufig.Geparkt haben wir unter dem Boulevard,was günstig und praktisch .Eine Radtour durch die Dünen bis Scheveningen ist ein unbedingtes Muß!Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen,wir kommen bald wieder.Alles topp?

Wir fanden die Reise sehr schön. Wohnung lag sehr Zentral Stadtmitte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand konnte sehr schnell erreicht werden. Vermieter war sehr nett zu uns. Allerdings konnte man sein Auto nicht vor der Wohnung parken, sondern nur zum Be-und Entalden, sodass man zum Auto am Sportplatz mindestens 10 -15 min Fußweg einplanen musste. Ich verstehe Ihre Enttäuschung, aber in der Innenstadt dürfen nur Anwohner parken. Dies steht auf der VRBO-Website und in der WhatsApp-Nachricht, die ich Ihnen vorab gesendet habe, habe ich angegeben, wo Sie Ihr Auto parken können.
