Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric storage heaters, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Free Wi-fi available.. Garden (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for two cars or a boat. No smoking. Visit England 3 Star. Please note: The car park is at a lower level than the property.

Calgarth nestles in a row of similar, south facing, self catering cottages offering compact and comfortable bungalow accommodation, commanding glorious views over Lake Windermere towards Lakeland fells and is set on a grassy banking in front of an elegant former Priory Hotel. The property has a shared direct access to the lake, approached down a leafy wooded lane, which brings you right to the waters edge.
Please note that Calgarth has storage heaters which produce heat ‘in arrears’, i.e. they need to be switched on 24 hours prior to the heat being required. We would respectfully request that you leave the storage heaters switched ON on the day prior to your departure in order that the cottage is sufficiently warm for the next guests. Thank you.
