We spent a nice vacation at this apartment. It is well located at a good walking distance to the beach and city center. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. The concierge does a great job. The house and especially the pool area are always clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the private parking spot, too.The apartment has a good size for a family of four. Some maintenance would be wishful e.g. new chairs at the dining table, new cupboards in the kitchen, new extractor hood.A big plus is the washing machine and dish washer. An AC would be wishful, too.Communication was always perfect. Thank you for that! Very good service.We can recommend the apartment and agency.

Nice apartment on a good location

Property fully according to information on website and easy accessible. Nice garden arround the swimming pool. Any tips for improvement would be providing cushions for the swimming pool loungers and an additional appartment cleanings or change of sheets during a weeks stay would be an improvement. Location is OK, city centre is a 20 mins walk. The available bars and restaurants in direct surrounding (according to Google Maps) are mostly closed (probably due to crisis related to Covid?) and many restaurant ar only available form 7PM.
