Pick up your favorite snacks and ingredients at the nearby Hannaford Supermarket and prepare meals with ease in the full kitchen. Sizzle bacon each morning on the stainless steel stove, use the slow cooker to get a head start on dinner and leave the dishwasher running as you sit down for breakfast at the six-person dining table.

With five bedrooms and two full bathrooms, The Hoxie House will sleep a total of 11 guests. Each of the bedrooms is outfitted with a flatscreen TV, and four of them even offer an in-room sink to eliminate any lines at the bathroom doors. You'll be just five blocks from the town's famous stretch of sand, half a mile from the Amtrak station, one mile south of the Old Orchard Pier and Palace Playland, and two miles from the Dunegrass Golf Club. Whether you're a first-time visitor or an annual vacationer on the shores of Maine, you'll find a wealth of family-friendly activity in Old Orchard Beach. Spend your days lounging on the town's seven-mile beach, grab a few afternoon snacks on the Old Orchard Pier, and reserve the evenings for rides at Palace Playland and rounds of putt-putt at Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf half a mile up the road. Make a summer tee time at the Dunegrass Golf Club two miles north, or hop in the car for a ride to Scarborough Beach State Park, Crescent Beach State Park, or Cape Elizabeth to the north of Saco Bay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
