The house is ideally located 2 minutes from the entrance of the dune to access the north beach, so you are 5 minutes from all amenities that offers this beautiful village remained authentic.
It has the entertainment, the supermarket, the butcher, the fish shop, the bakery, the greengrocer, the wine cellar, etc.... and also dozens of restaurants and bars. You will find all your outdoor activities that can be found at the ocean and also an amusement park, etc.....
The house is in a very quiet area where you can park easily and also inside the property.
Biscarrosse beach and also Biscarrosse Lac with its golf course, harbor, water park and kilometers of bicycle paths, Biscarrosse Bourg with a little more of the city and of course the Dune du pila at 20 km and Arcachon and the cap ferret nearby. And much more to discover........
The house is very well equipped for all seasons, whether outside or inside.
It will offer you an optimal night comfort, as well as its very well equipped kitchen and its sofa in all its figures also very comfortable and its big screen television connected since internet is provided.
An outside shower when coming back from the beach and a closed garden to be sheltered from the glances.
