About this property

Mountain & Sea - Perfect for families and groups of friends

This is a pet-friendly, two-floor, sunny and bright house with a sea view to Thermaikos and a mountain view to Olympus. Located in the historic village center, just 5 minutes walk (300m) from the beach and the central market. It is decorated with handmade creations inspired by the sea bottom and is fully air-conditioned. Ideal for couples, families, and groups of friends.
We provide you with the essentials for a delicious breakfast such as coffee, tea, handmade jams, honey, cake, and biscuits!

The space
On the 1st floor of the house, there is a living room with fireplace, TV and 2 sofas, one of which is a comfortable, double sofa-bed; there is also an electric piano which can be used after arrangement. The dining room accommodates from 6 to 12 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances (electric oven, large dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer, etc.). There is also a WC with a shower located on the 1st floor. Moreover, at the northern side of the house next to the kitchen and the barbeque, there is a balcony with another outdoor dining table (6-8 persons).

On the second floor of the house, there are 3 bedrooms with separate balconies and a large bathroom. The main bedroom (1 super king-size bed and one single bed) has a sea view and a large balcony with a swing sofa, where you can enjoy an afternoon tea, coffee, or cocktail. The second bedroom has a work desk and 2 large single beds, which can also be put together as a super king-size double bed. The second bedroom has also a balcony with a mountain and sea view. The third bedroom has a super king-size double bed and amazing greek-island decoration, with a village-view balcony.

Other things to note
There are also 2 bicycles in the house that can be used for your daily walks.

On the south side of the house, there is a room with a separate entrance, which is usually used by myself or members of my family. There is also parking space for 2 cars, one of which may also be used by myself.

Wonderfull Palatamonas

Joanna is a wonderful host, communicative and super caring! Her family's house is big and special, with lot's of nice spaces to chill or work with super strong internet connection. We stayed their for about 40 DAYS!! With just a walking distance from the house you will find lots of taverns, restaurants and supermarkets, and nice promenade next to the beautiful Palatamonas beach. The area is crowded over the summer time, everybody wants a taste of Palatamonas and the magnificent mount Olympus.

What makes this property unique

The house is spacious, fully equipped with air-conditioning in every room, mosquito nets in every door and window, and amenities that would suit a permanent home rather than a holiday home.

The design is unique, one of our guests actually said that it is decorated like a sea-art museum.

The outdoor bbq and garden can be great spots to enjoy time with family and friends.

It combines mountain and sea views, and while it is located in the heart of the village, the neighbourhood is very quiet, so you can get some peace of mind without the noise of bars and restaurants.

The house also has a private parking space for 2 cars in the front yard.
