This delicious house of about 45 sqm plus mansard is constructed in rustic style and with typical Sicilian materials, it offers everything you might need for a great holiday in beautiful Sicily.
From the house you can hear the waves from the sea and in only 2 minutes by foot you will reach the beach by a short path inside the country.
Situated only 5 minutes by car from the wonderful village of Cefalu, here you find yourselves immersed in the peacefulness of the country and at the same time you are just by the beach…it is a very special place rare to find these days, an oasis filled with green where you will find out what it means to live in close contact with nature in a place preserved with it’s original beauty.
The cottage is perfectly maintained and is in very good condition. It has a cool living room with a fully equipped kitchen and in the same room there is a comfortable sofa bed for two persons that allow you to sleep comfortable if you are numerous. On the same floor there is one double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Through a stair you reach the mansard, a night zone with a dipping roof, where there are two single beds that can either be used as a double bed or singles.
The cottage is cool and light with a big porch in front of the house where you can eat and relax.
There is a big vine pergola immersed in the lush vegetation which this place offers: olive trees, pine trees, Indian fig, oleanders, palms and many other plants characteristic of our beautiful island. Outside you will have a barbecue, an outside shower which is useful coming back from the beach.
In the garden there’s a table, chairs and sun-chairs allowing an holiday in close contact with nature. There isn’t air conditioning but being in a place this close to the sea with the typical coolness in the coastal areas and the shadow from the trees there will hardly be needed.
Also pets are allowed as long as they are friendly with other people and with my dogs and cats that are present in the property.
An Internet Wi Fi connection and a satellite TV are available.
The area with the beach and sea is perfect for practicing water sports like windsurf, kitesurf and sailing as there are constant thermal winds and that makes the Salinelle beach like a paradise for those who like this. Just by the beach, inside the private gate, is available for those experienced, a small sailing boat, two canoes and surfing boards so you can make the most of the sea.
