Spacious apartment located on "Rua Vale Santa Maria Urbanização Colina do Sol Lote 2" in Albufeira, with an incredible shared swimming pool. Just 15 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from the lively historic city centre, full of restaurants, bars and entertainment. This spacious 240 m² apartment, with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), plus a sofa bed in the living room, is a perfect choice for families.



Decorated with good taste, it offers an enchanting view of the garden. Fully equipped, it has a kitchen, living room with TV, dining area and free Wi-Fi. Enjoy the magnificent shared swimming pool with sun loungers to relax.



The kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances, such as a fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine and utensils. This apartment is a guarantee of excellent holidays, close to attractions for all ages, both during the day and at night, as well as hypermarkets and services.



Important note: The tennis court shown in the photographs is out of service due to lack of maintenance by the space management. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that it will be suitable for use during your stay.

This apartment was exactly what I was looking for my vacation. Besides being modern and cozy, the pool was a great highlight—always clean and in a pleasant environment. The location is also excellent, with the beach and local attractions within walking distance. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely return. .

I really liked this flat! The pool was one of the highlights, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The flat is very cosy, with excellent decor and modern equipment. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes from the beach and various leisure options. I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a comfortable and practical place to stay. .

This place was absolutely spotless and so spacious. The host was extremely accommodating and great communication. The only thing, I would say the positioning on the map is not quite correct, it looks far closer to the old town to where it actually is located. It’s about an extra 15 min walk from where the map shows the apartment to be. We didn’t mind, but a 25/30 min walk each way to the old town which wasn’t what we expected. One other thing, I think a long mirror would be a nice touch and it’s so lovely decorated and big and spacious it could definitely fit it in. I would definitely recommend this apartment! .

Adoramos estes dias que passamos no Algarve. Estávamos numa zona super tranquila, privada e sossegada mas ainda assim a aproximadamente 1km da praia e do centro. A piscina é um extra muito bom. Não poderíamos ter escolhido melhor.

Diese Wohnung in Albufeira war fantastisch. Der Pool war großartig, immer sauber und mit einer ruhigen Atmosphäre zum Entspannen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gut beleuchtet und sehr komfortabel, perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Es ist gut gelegen, in der Nähe des Strandes und Restaurants, die sehr praktisch war. Eine ausgezeichnete Wahl! .
