Beautiful South-facing Apartment With Sea View And Communal Pool
Our lovely 2nd floor apartment is on a small condominium close to Albufeira Old Town and the Marina.
The beautiful beaches of Arrifes & Sao Rafael are 12/15 mins walk.
Albufeira is a beautiful town on the Algarve coast - perfect for all ages.
The Old town with its cobbled streets lies on an endless sandy beach with water sports available. There are plenty of quality bars and restaurants.
The other side of Albufeira is the lively “Strip” which is easily reached by taxi or land train.
The twin bedroom is on a mezzanine level above the living area. It was completely refurbished in 2017. There is a single sofa bed for an additional child.
The main bedroom has a king-size bed and was completely refurbished in 2018.
The living area is spacious and airy and comfortably furnished.
The apartment does not have air con but is kept cool in summer by floor standing electric fans. There is often a cool breeze in summer.
Patio doors lead onto the sunny south facing balcony which overlooks the pool and restaurant and has a lovely sea view.
The swimming pool has free sunbeds and the tennis court is available at a small charge, payable locally.
We have tennis racquets and a selection of beach equipment/parasol.
The pool bar / restaurant are open during the Summer season. * The restaurant is closed on Sundays but you may use the pool/ sunbeds. The side gate is open.
The lounge/diner and main bedroom have heaters and there is a log-burning stove which can be used during the winter months.

Location is 5 minutes drive from Albufeira Old Town.
Plenty of fabulous sandy beaches along the coast in each direction.
10/15 minutes walk to the beautiful beaches of Arrifes & Sao Rafael.

35 mins drive to Aqualand water park.
Pick-up location for these is close by.

We live in England with our 2 children. We both work, but spend most of our holidays in Portugal and have really fallen in love with the country.
Why they chose this property
After years of travelling looking for our favourite place to buy an apartment we finally fell in love with Albufeira.
It has everything we want, an endless number of fantastic coves and beaches, a choice of lively or quieter nightlife, a wide range of attractions nearby, the beautiful Old Town with its cobbled streets and very importantly, a designer shopping complex nearby for our two teenage daughters!

What makes this property unique
The apartment is in a peaceful area alongside villas but only 5 mins drive from Albufeira. We never tire of the views across the hillside. We have a sea view and there is a lovely coastal footpath just outside the complex that leads to a series of fabulous beaches.
The airport is only 35-40 minutes away and driving and car-hire is easy and convenient.
We can leave England in the early morning and be in the pool or on the beach by mid-day!
We have a local agent who can help with individual requirements. e.g. baby-equipment, golf, excursions, car-hire/transfers etc.
