Strategically located, this open plan studio offers you the possibility to easily move between the Center of Athens and the Northern Suburbs so you can discover and explore the city. Equipped with everything you might need to make you feel comfortable away from home. It’s spacious and filled with light. A cozy nest with a small balcony that makes a great addition when you feel like having your breakfast or a glass of wine outside.



The apartment is located opposite to the Areios Pagos Court and close to the Laiko hospital, the Panathinaikos Stadium and the Euroclinic (Evrokliniki).



For the arrivals between 21:00-23:00pm there’s a late check in fee of €15 in cash to a person who comes to welcome you in the apartment.

This was the perfect vacation spot. There is a market in the street ever Tuesday and was super easy to check in. Pro tip the tv needs to be hard reset sometimes but everything was perfect!
